Robert Dzisiak is an experienced executive who has successfully grown small start ups and managed large organizations. He has been the CEO of several IIROC member firms and founded CFG Futures. Robert managed 120 retail brokers and the FX division at Refco Canada as well as RJO’Brien & Associates. He is a former Chairman of the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange and served as a director of the Exchange and Clearing House for over 10 years. Robert has significant public market experience and has served in the roles of CEO/Chairman/Director of multiple publicly listed companies in Canada. Robert is currently a director of HapbeeTechnologies (HAPB-V) and is the past Chairman of Next Green Wave (NGW-C).
Jimmy currently works with Marrelli Support Services Inc, where he provides CFO, accounting, compliance, and management advisory services to a numerous public trading companies on the TSX, TSX-V and other Canadian and U.S. exchanges. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor Business Administration from Wilford Laurier University, specializing in accounting. Jimmy has over 6 years-experience in various sectors, with responsibility for accounting budgeting, financial reporting and disclosures.
After graduating from Law School in Mexico City, George was awarded the Chevening Scholarship by the British government to pursue his master’s degree at the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London, England. With 10+ years of practice at consultancies and 10+ years of experience in public administration at the federal level, George is a dynamic professional who has lived in the USA, Europe and South America. In 2021, George moved to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to take the position as Port Manager / Harbor Master for the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Now, George is excited to be a part of King Global Ventures bringing his specialist skills surrounding law, the economy, and political and social scenes to the company.
Julian is a construction industry professional, actively engaged in new projects initiatives, including ones in the mining sector. He has a track record of being the CEO of several prominent construction companies. As part of his career, he successfully completed numerous diverse projects, ranging from heavy industrial works to building construction.
Ken Ralfs has experience with public companies as a director and through several types of officer positions held with various reporting issuers. Ken often participated on each Company’s audit committee. Ken has a B.Sc. (Geology) (1975) from the University of British Columbia.
